She has been on site for 15 years, but has had this stall for the last 10 years.
Samning works with her husbands in the preparation and sale of the food.
She’s from Thailand, when asked why she doesn’t sell Thai dishes, she said that she hasn’t obtained a licence for that yet.
They had the busiest stall, with a large queue of people, waiting for beef brisket and potatoes.
But still said Friday was their slowest day of the week.
