Brazilian food is available too, from Anderson who has been running his Brazil Flavour unit since Covid. He is proud of how many local people now visit him to experiment with different tastes and textures. He sells a wide range of products and his variety of styles of chicken is most impressive, as he keenly offering samples to attract passing new clients.

He says, unsurprisingly, that his mixed cooked meat and salad boxes are the favourites and on Wednesdays over 150 customers pack in between 12.30 p.m. and 1.30 p.m.

Anderson and his team certainly have to move quickly during this lunchtime rush. He says it is much more comfortable when he gets between 50 and 100 customers, but for the sake of his income he is much happier when on those lower pressure days it is nearer the 100 customers in total. Similar to other stall holders, he arrives at 8 a.m. and is always away by 3 p.m.
