Entering Whitecross Street Market from Banner Street, the first person we meet is Bogma running her Bibento Stall, featuring Korean style Bulgogi beef steaks.

Travelling from her home in west London each weekday she arrives at 7 a.m., and with the friends with whom she shares the business, carries on until the unit is dismantled and packed in their storage unit by 3.30 p.m.
Bogma has operated in the same way for 12 years, and says she thrives on the atmosphere. Patiently waiting are two early customers, one a first timer who told us he had been assured it was irresistible, and the other who seems to prove that it is, as he said he buys his beef steak at the same time each day, and is so regular that when he arrives it is already cooked, wrapped, and ready to take back to his office.
